Welcome to sacredessenceshop.com (the "Site"), operated by SacredEssence Press ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or engaging with any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site without express written permission from us.

2. Products & Services

We sell the physical book "Sacred Essential Oils Protocol Bible" by Dr. Celeste Rao (the "Product"). The Product is a printed book fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Lulu Direct.

We have made every effort to display the product description and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or detail will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service that we offer.

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

The current price for the Product is $37.00 USD. Shipping costs are additional: $4.95 for a single book, or free shipping when you order 2 or more books.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Lulu Direct, our US-based print-on-demand partner. After you place an order, your book is printed and typically ships within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing (for international orders), incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details on how to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the design and layout of the Site, is the property of SacredEssence Press or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The book "Sacred Essential Oils Protocol Bible" and all its contents are copyrighted by Dr. Celeste Rao and SacredEssence Press. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Product without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
