Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to every state and territory of Australia. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping options and cost

Standard shipping - $9.95 AUD, tracked, 3-7 business days.
Free standard shipping - free on every order of $100 AUD or more.
Express shipping - $19.95 AUD, 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas.

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date you place the order, and are provided by the carrier. Regional and remote areas can take longer.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Prices and taxes

All prices on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. There are no customs duties or import charges on domestic Australian orders.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at support@sacredessenceshop.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the products and we will replace or refund the affected items.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
