We stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the "Sacred Essential Oils Protocol Bible," you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date -- no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date.
- You must provide your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.
You are not required to return the physical book to receive a refund. We trust our customers and want the refund process to be as simple as possible.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@sacredessenceshop.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number or the email address associated with your purchase.
- Briefly let us know the reason for your refund request (optional, but it helps us improve).
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24-48 hours.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (the credit card, debit card, or payment method used at checkout).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after receiving our confirmation email:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
- If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sacredessenceshop.com and we will investigate.
5. Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us at support@sacredessenceshop.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage if possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund -- your choice.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been printed and shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sacredessenceshop.com. If the order has not yet entered production with our fulfillment partner (Lulu Direct), we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a refund under our 60-day guarantee after you receive the book.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
