2. Processing Time
Because each book is printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Lulu Direct, orders are not shipped from pre-existing inventory. Instead, your book is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.
Typical processing and shipping timeline:
- Printing: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Shipping: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment
- Total estimated delivery: 4-7 business days from the date of purchase
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3. Fulfillment Partner
All orders are printed and shipped by Lulu Direct, a US-based print-on-demand service. Lulu Direct handles the printing, packaging, and shipping of your book directly to your door.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@sacredessenceshop.com.
5. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard domestic shipping within the United States is available for all orders. Delivery is typically completed within 3-5 business days after the book has shipped from the Lulu Direct facility.
6. International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on your location. Please note the following for international orders:
- Delivery times may be longer (7-21 business days depending on destination).
- Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will work with you to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@sacredessenceshop.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
